Home is where the heart is

Lynla, Mommy thought that you had never been to other places, but home. As I believe that “home is where the heart is”, so we had been always together. Your first home was my womb where you spent 140 days in. Your second home is the NICU, Johh Muir Medical Center where you spent another 149 days. In your first home, mommy did shat she could to take care of you until your birthday on Oct 27, 2012. In your second home, you had been nurtured with lots of love from amazing doctors, nurses, social workers, respiratory therapists and all staffs.

Mommy also made some good friends through this special journey as well.

On the going home day, Dr. Jen Levy, your lovely doctor, made you a cute little graduation hat for your graduation ceremony and the certification that was signed by people who love you in NICU. Mommy think that not only you has already got a PhD in life in this 149 days, but your dissertation through your own blog also inspire people to be happier and stronger.

Auntie June and auntie Liz, your wonderful part-mothers in the NICU also came to your graduation ceremony. Infact, there are many more of your part-mothers whom mommy is so grateful getting to know them, Sarah, Imelda, Julie, Katie, Lisa, Sherri, Joy, Corie, Kay, Nannette, Janel and many more.

Thanks for all your love to Lynla during her adventure outside the womb!!! Your love had brought her from 1 pound to 10 pounds!!!

Lynla also took picture with Dr. Nick Mickas, the program director of her course. Thanks a lot Dr. Mickas for all your care.

Now as you graduated from the NICU, it is time for your 3rd home as a family.

บ้านหลังแรกของลินลาคือท้องของแม่ ลินลาอยู่ได้ 140 วันก็ย้ายไปบ้านหลังที่ 2 คือ NICU อยู่ได้ 149 วันก็ถึงเวลากลับมาบ้านหลังที่ 3 พร้อมหน้าพร้อมตาเป็นครอบครัวเป็นครั้งแรกจ้ะ แต่ลินลาไม่เคยไปไหนไกลหัวใจของพ่อกับแม่ ทุกๆที่ที่ลินลาอยู่จึงเป็นบ้านของลินลาเสมอจ้ะ
